General rules for participating in the International Folk Festival ‘The Wreath of Vrsac’
The Festival lasts for three days, and is non-competitive.
General rules:
• The number of participants in each ensemble must not exceed 36
• The ensembles’ members must be over 18 years old
• They can perform in original folk costumes or reconstructed costumes, with backing orchestra
• Promotional material (videos, music CDs…) is examined by the Artistic Council that replies to the ensembles, sending all the details about participating in the Festival
